Happy New Year P&A Community!

My name is Shon, and I’m the CEO of Parker & Ace. I wanted to start the year off by expressing gratitude to our clients, their pets, and our fantastic team.

We launched Parker & Ace to build a friendly, neighborhood vet clinic that offered a better veterinary experience to our clients, their pets, and for our team of veterinary professionals. Why? Because over the past decade, while demand for veterinary care has grown dramatically, the industry has often done a poor job of providing the quality experience that customers want, has been slow to adopt technology, and often provides a poor experience for veterinary experience for veterinary professionals.

Parker & Ace launched its first clinic in April 2023 and the response so far has been overwhelmingly positive. It takes more than a village and a lot of courage to launch a new business and I’m incredibly proud of the team that collaborated on building our beautiful clinic.

I’m incredibly grateful for our clients who took a chance on us when we first launched – and even before we launched! Without the loving support of our community and their referrals to friends and neighbors, our first year wouldn’t have been as great.

I’m also deeply grateful to our clinical team. They provide an unparalleled combination of professional excellence and love for our patients. I am truly humbled to be working with them.
