If your pet is in an urgent or emergency situation, you can use your Parker & Ace web-app to get immediate help in a few quick steps:

1. Contact the Parker & Ace vet team using our web-based app for members.

2. Within a few minutes, the team will determine if your pet requires immediate care and if so, they will direct you to a partner emergency clinic.

3. If your pet does not require immediate medical care, the Parker & Ace veterinary teletriage team will book you an appointment to be seen at your Parker & Ace clinic the same or next day.

4. Once your pet is back on their feet, your veterinarian will discuss with you the next steps and, if required, will schedule a follow-up appointment.
