Why do you like working at P&A?

I love what the membership provides for pet owners. The big hurdle I used to find was the price of coming in for the vet visit exam. I find our membership program has allowed pet owners the freedom to come in for visits and allocate the funds they may have put towards the exam to things such as additional diagnostics and medications to go home.

Most memorable interaction with a client.

A client letting us know how comfortable their pet was at our clinic. They had mentioned in the past the vets had made them anxious. As someone who strives to provide as stress free of an environment for pets as possible, this was one of the things I love to hear.

Favorite Appointment Types:

• New Patients: From new puppies and kittens, to older adoptions, I love sharing tips and tricks on training, and educating clients on vaccines/preventatives so their pets live a long, happy life.
• Cytopoint Injections. I wish more owners knew about Cytopoint. It’s a safe and easy way to help relieve dogs itching. It works fast and lasts 4-6 weeks. These appointments can be booked directly with a Vet Tech!
